Make this a short one since i'm still in the office.

Anyway, over the course of 5 weeks in the office world, i have come to a conclusion;

Customer service officers are the most popular/hated people on the face of the earth. Period. No contest.

Reasons why i think we're popular?
1. Our phones literally ring their heads off, countless people DYING to speak to us.
2. People willing-ly give us their phone numbers and addresses while some die TRYING to get phone numbers in pubs/bars.
3. Desperate people leave their numbers in our voicemail, begging us to get back to them.
4. In some cases, people actually come all the way to our office in changi just to talk to us.
5. People call us as early as 8 am in the morning.

And reasons why i think we're the most hated?
1. Complete strangers calls and scolds us for things we sold to them of which they broke it themselves.
2. ...
(actually, i can only think of one reason. But i think thats bad enough already i mean. you dont ever have people calling you up everyday just to scold you, do you?)
